To aid us with our health and safety we employ the services of C&G Safety & Environmental Limited.

The Health & Safety Policy details our commitment to the maintenance of safe systems of work for the company, its clients, our operatives, other site contractors and the public.

The Statement of Safety Policy is one of the active instruments used for the management of health and safety within the company. It sets out the clear responsibilities that employees, subcontractors and others have to each other. It also states the path of company managerial responsibility.

Whilst managers are responsible for safety, all staff share this responsibility according to their role, duties and experience, supported by a structured training programme to develop a disciplined attitude towards all activities.

For Thomas Kelly Plastering it is essential that our operatives are competent to operate with the issues of health and safety on a construction site.

The company provides support and training to enable the workforce to learn and understand safe working practices. Towards this our operatives attend a Safety Awareness Course and take the CITB Health & Safety test to obtain their CSCS card.
